Disaster Recovery Plan
Although our building and secure servers are fully equipped with state-of-the-art security features, SmartPayables also has a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for events that are out of our control. For example, we have machines, check stock, envelopes, and copy paper in a separate location. In addition, our secure servers are housed outside of our main headquarters. Even in the event of a disaster, we would be up and running within 24–48 hours.
API Keys and Authentication
Integration between your operations and payment software and our system is easy with the SmartPayables check printing API. The API uses a secure authentication process during initial setup and features intensive sandbox testing options, ensuring financial security before sending your first payment request. IP access control options are also available for customizing API access.
